Dean Rivale is a verified construction expert who has been inspecting California homes since 1994. Since moving to the Coachella Valley in 2017, Dean has completed 400+ home inspections in the valley ranging in size from 600 Sq Ft to 11,000 Sq Ft. What sets Dean apart from other inspectors is his 10 years of expert witness work for construction litigation. He focuses on systems not cosmetics and can see signs of underlying conditions based on years of destructive testing experience.

If you need a commercial or multi-family property inspected, Dean has inspected 100+ properties including office, hotel, and apartment buildings. He was certified by the Mortgage Bankers Association in 2019 to inspect multi-family commercial properties.

Dean also manages home remodel projects for remote home owners. Dean is a licensed general contractor since 1992 and understands construction means and methods, managing sub-contractors, change orders, and progress payments. He saves remote home owners time and money by being an onsite presence with decades of experience managing remodel projects.
