Designing the Ride

Designing the Ride is a private chauffeur and black car service based in Palm Desert, serving the whole Coachella Valley.

Airport transfers: we pick up curbside at Palm Springs International (PSP), where we are a permitted operator, and drive to and from LAX, San Diego, Orange County (SNA) and Ontario (ONT). We track your flight in real time, so an early or late landing is no problem.

Hourly and event service: golf rounds, dinners, weddings, corporate days and the valley's big events, from Coachella and Stagecoach to Modernism Week and the tennis tournament in Indian Wells.

Every ride is in a clean, late-model luxury SUV with Wi-Fi, chargers and water, driven by a professional, background-checked chauffeur. Prices are flat and quoted up front, with no surge pricing on busy weekends. For larger groups we work with trusted partners for additional SUVs and Sprinter vans.
