Event Description:
Discover award winning art, poetry, photography, and literature from young people around the world as part of a unique exhibition on display at the Community Room at the Palm Desert Public Library. The exhibition features winners from the 2018 Young Artists and Authors Showcase, an annual contest that encourages youth to express the mission of Sister Cities International. The theme, "The Art of Diplomacy", highlights the importance of citizen diplomacy and the innovative ways that citizen diplomats achieve peace through people-to-people interaction.
