"Let's Murder Marsha"

Sun City Shadow Hills Performing Arts Club presents “Let’s Murder Marsha” — a live, fast paced, bold, comedy mystery that has more twists and turns than a Coney Island Roller Coaster. It starts with the compulsion of Marsha Gilmore. She can’t stop reading murder mysteries. She’s so addicted that sometimes the real world kind of gets tangled up in the absurd world. It’s about to be Marsha’s birthday, and she accidentally eavesdrops on a conversation that seems to indicate her husband hatching a plan to kill her. Now, it’s “game on.” Marsha’s got a few tricks up her sleeve to turn the tables. Then, her mom shows up early for the birthday. Now, Marsha’s thoughts turn to paranoia. She thinks everyone’s out to get her, and the list grows. Will she discover the truth, whatever that is? Will the whole situation clear up on its own? Or will unsuspected sources carry out hilarious, unexpected consequences? It’s a tangled mess around every funny corner. Performances are March 23-25 at 7 pm and March 26 pm at 2 pm at the Sun City Shadow Hills Montecito Clubhouse, 80-814 Sun City Blvd., Indio, CA, where tickets can be purchased beginning Feb. 13 on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 10 am-1 pm.
