More about: Palm Villas at Millennium will be developed in two phases across 10.49 acres and will include:
- Phase I: 120 residential units, one manager’s unit, five three-story residential buildings, a community building, with gated entry
- Phase II: 119 residential units and one manager’s unit
- Financing: California Tax Credit Allocation Committee (CTCAC), California Debt Allocation Committee (CDLAC), County of Riverside, City of Palm Desert, and Housing Authority of the County of Riverside (HACR)
- Affordability: 30%–60% AMI
- Supportive housing: 12 units designated for survivors of domestic violence in partnership with Shelter from the Storm, and 43 units dedicated to individuals experiencing homelessness
- Estimated Phase I completion: June 2027
