More on the CAFE Academy: The CAFE Academy @ Rancho Mirage High School is a CTE Program offering a Dual Enrollment opportunity to students interested in Hospitality. The Academy features a 3-year program designed to provide students with the opportunity to gain knowledge and readiness for the Culinary Industry. Students are immersed in community events, real life experiences with paid Internships and volunteer efforts.
